We are in the process of changing to a new download service (due to major customer service issues with PayLoadz). In the meantime, your download order will be delivered as an attachment to an email. This will usually happen within a few minutes, but may take up to a few hours in some cases.
You may need to check your spam folder as the emails often wind up in there.
If you experienced a Page Not Found error after you completed your order, don't worry. As long as you receive an email receipt for the order from PayPal, that means that we did get your order and you should be receiving an email from us shortly with your files attached to it.
