If you did not get your download, here are the most likely reasons:

1. It was eaten by your spam filter.
This is the most common reason why people don't get their download. If you have a "spam folder" please check it first. Look for an email with a subject line that starts with Order Info.

2. It was sent to the email address you have on file with PayPal, and that's no longer your current email address.
If you no longer have access to that email address just contact us and we will be happy to send it to you at your current email address.
